These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jaapam mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Jaapam ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Jaapam is a digital spiritual application designed to assist users in their chanting and meditation practices. Our services include:
Our service operates on a prepaid wallet system. Users must recharge their wallet to access premium features. Daily charges of ₹1 are automatically deducted only on days the app is actively used.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information. All transactions are final and non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jaapam and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Jaapam be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused wallet balance will remain available for future use if you choose to reactivate.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. The arbitration will be conducted in English and held in the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
Before initiating arbitration, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations for at least 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
